Andrew Meslow serves as chief executive officer of L Brands and Bath & Body Works.He was promoted to CEO of Bath & Body Works in February 2020 after serving as the brand’s chief operating officer for eight years. He joined the L Brands board of directors and became the company’s CEO at the close of its annual meeting of stockholders on May 2020. With more than 15 years of experience at Bath & Body Works and 29 years in specialty retail, he brings deep company knowledge, immense retail and financial acumen, and an unwavering commitment to doing the right thing for customers, the business and company associates.
As the COO of Bath & Body Works, Meslow led several areas of the business, including finance, merchandise planning and allocation, store operations and the direct channel. Meslow joined L Brands in 2003, working in roles at Victoria’s Secret and the corporate group before moving to Bath & Body Works in 2005 as executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Prior to joining the enterprise, Meslow was with Banana Republic for more than seven years, where he held a variety of leadership positions including vice president/brand CFO. He began his retail career at Ann Taylor in 1991, where he was part of the Loft launch team.
James Bersani ("Jamie") is President of L Brands Real Estate and has led the real estate team since April 2006. L Brands global real estate fleet is comprised of more than 3,800 stores for the Victoria’s Secret, PINK, Bath & Body Works, White Barn and La Senza brands. He is responsible for leading the strategic/proactive execution of all retail real estate transactions (approximately 1,000 annually) and leveraging relationships to deliver analytics to inform L Brands strategy and thinking.
Jamie joined L Brands in 1986 as a Real Estate Director. He held a variety of roles in the real estate department with increasing leadership until his promotion to President, Real Estate in April 2014.
Prior to joining L Brands, Jamie worked in tax law and accounting with Coopers & Lybrand and Ernst & Whinney. He is a licensed attorney and CPA in New York State. Jamie is a three-time graduate of Syracuse University, earning his B.S. and M.S. degrees from its School of Management, as well as his J.D. degree from its College of Law.
Jamie has served as a Trustee for ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), and currently serves on the Buckeye Ranch Foundation Board of Directors.
Stuart Burgdoerfer has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for L Brands since April of 2007 and was appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer of VS NewCo on May 4, 2020. Stuart leads and is responsible for all enterprise, brand and function finance activities including: financial planning and analysis, control, enterprise risk management and internal audit, tax, and treasury. His non-finance leadership responsibilities include enterprise loss prevention and non-merchandise procurement. For his leadership and guidance, Stuart has repeatedly been recognized as one of “America’s Best CFOs” by the Institutional Investor.
In his career, Stuart has held leadership positions with The Home Depot, Pepsico / YUM! subsidiary Pizza Hut and the management consulting firm CSC Index, and was a CPA for Deloitte.
He is a member of the board of directors of the Progressive Insurance Company and KIPP Journey Academy, and previously served on the boards of Galyan’s Trading Company and Spelman College.
Stuart holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Amy Hauk is Chief Executive Officer for PINK, a spirited lifestyle brand dedicated to the independent college-aged woman. At the helm since fall 2018, Amy’s love of retail and passion for the customer drive her work setting strategic direction for the $3B business. With a long, tenured career in retail, Amy joined L Brands in a merchant leadership role at Bath & Body Works in 2008. She was promoted to Chief Merchant and Executive Vice President of Merchandising in 2012 and led critical work to evolve and elevate product positioning driving explosive growth for the brand.
Prior to her work at L Brands, Amy held a variety of merchandising leadership roles at Disney Store/The Children’s Place most notably Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager. She spent seven years prior at Gap, Inc. growing her career from Merchandise Manager, Baby Gap to Vice President, Men’s Merchandising, Old Navy. She cut her teeth in retail at Sunglasses Hut as a Buyer, and at Macy’s prior to that, where she began as a sales associate gaining critical customer and in-store experience.
Amy earned a degree in History from University of California: Davis.
Greg Unis is the Chief Executive Officer of Victoria’s Secret Beauty. As part of the larger Victoria’s Secret family, Victoria’s Secret Beauty offers innovative body care and fashion-forward accessories that make customers feel and look their most beautiful.
As CEO, Greg is responsible for the nearly $1B Victoria’s Secret Beauty, Victoria’s Secret Accessories, and PINK Beauty businesses. Since he joined Victoria’s Secret Beauty in April 2016, Greg has established a foundation for the business to deliver record sales, in 2018, and has paved the way for extensive growth in all three categories.
Prior to joining Victoria’s Secret Beauty, Greg held the role of Executive Vice President and Global Head of Men’s and Licensing Merchandising for Coach. A seasoned merchant, Greg also held senior positions with Brooks Brothers and Gap, Inc.
Greg is a graduate of Boston University and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Martin Waters is the Chief Executive Officer of Victoria’s Secret Lingerie. He joined L Brands in 2008 as head of the international division. Under Martin’s leadership, the international business has expanded from the early phases of incubation to more than 700 stores globally.
Prior to his role with L Brands, Martin was Managing Director for Boots Retail International, the world’s leading health and beauty retailer. Martin has lived and worked in five countries leveraging his experience in strategic planning, merchandising, brand management, marketing and supply chain operations to establish new business models in over 80 countries around the world.
Martin received a Bachelor of Arts in Retail Marketing from Manchester University in U.K.
As part of his commitment to the community, Martin is a Governor on the National Board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and serves as Chairman of the Midwest region.
Martin and his wife Anna have three children.
